Selling the ol' "Crib"...

So, we have sorta outgrown our first little home. Although it has some good "first year" marriage memories, we're so ready to build! We have sorted through so many floor plans and been here and there with builders...now we just have to SELL our current home. Prayers please, because in this economy and the mortgage crisis going on, I have some fears!






Doesn't this eat in kitchen & patio appeal to YOU? We're trying not to list it with an agent and save a few grand ($9,000 to be exact, can you believe that???) so we're doing "For Sale By Owner"...we'll see how that works!
